Bus Operator: Triangle Transit is currently recruiting for Bus Operators. The Bus Operators essential duty is to transport passengers in a safe, reliable, and professional manner over specified distant points in accordance with a set time schedule. Ideal candidate will have six (6) years of driving experience, possession of a good driving record, and the ability to drive in all types of adverse weather. Must have or be able to obtain a class B Commercial Driver’s License with a passenger endorsement and be able to meet the Department of Transportation’s physical requirements and maintain a valid DOT card. Experience with fare boxes a plus. Pay range starts at $12.00/hour and a comprehensive benefits package is offered. Service Attendant

Service Attendant: Triangle Transit is currently recruiting for a Bus Service Attendant. This position performs routine, daily servicing of buses such as: adding fuel, checking and adding fluids and coolants, cleaning interiors, washing exteriors and emptying vaults from fare boxes. Custodial building maintenance in the garage will also be a main responsibility of service attendant. Prior bus or heavy vehicle maintenance experience is preferred. If you possess or can obtain a Commercial Driver’s License with a P endorsement and can meet the Department of Transportation physical requirements we encourage you to apply. Primary shift for this position is 4:00 am to 12:30 pm, 5 days/week, to include some Saturdays. Comprehensive benefit package offered.
