Using the American Tobacco Parking Deck
ATTENTION!: We currently do not have any additional gate cards for the American Tobacco Parking Deck. If you would like to be placed on the waiting list please call Triangle Transit Customer Service at 485-RIDE (7433). As additional gate cards become available, we will distribute them based on the order of the wait list.
The American Tobacco North Parking Deck is a convenient park-and-ride opportunity for those who live in Durham and work in Raleigh. To use the deck, follow these 3 steps:
1. Complete and Submit a Parking Agreement Form
Bring the completed agreement to Triangle Transit Customer Service, located at the Triangle Transit Center, between 7 A.M. and 6:20 P.M. Monday-Friday or 8 A.M. and 5 P.M. on Saturday. You can also fax the completed agreement to Triangle Transit Customer Service at 919-485-7449.
2. Receive an Access Card for the Parking Deck (free of charge!)
Wave your access card by the card reader as you enter the deck. The gate will lift to let your car through.
3. Begin using your card to access the Parking Deck!
Join the many other Durham residents who are already using the deck and saving gas money by riding TTA to Raleigh!
Where to Board
The stop to Board the Express Bus is about a 15-20 second walk from the parking deck.
Where Can I Park My Bike at American Tobacco?
Just inside the gate where cars enter from Pettigrew Street, there is a covered bike rack a short walk from the street.
